Michael Kelly - VP of Operations
Mr. Kelly started out as a grounds man and equipment operator for a tree service company. Mr. Kelly also was a machine operator and a CNC programmer for a few years, and then went to work as an asbestos labor. Moved to a Forman and now is a Project Superintendent. Mr. Kelly has been a superintendent with the company since 2008 his certifications are:

- Forty- hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations
- Confined Space
- NYS Department of Labor-Asbestos Supervisor
- American Red Cross First aid and CPR
- Lead Renovator
Stacey Ransom - Office Manager
Ms. Ransom started in the environmental field as an office manager for an environmental laboratory. Where she would talk with clients, receive air samples, log in the samples and prep them for laboratory personal who would read them. Now, she has moved to the other end of the spectrum and is the Office Manager for Environmental Contracting & Construction Services, LLC. She has been in the Environmental field for 12 years.
Joel Vescio - Asbestos Supervisor
Was a supervisor for a nationally established moving company prior to joining the Environmental Contraction & Construction team in 2010. Joel started career at ECC as an asbestos handler. While moving up through the ranks he was afforded an opportunity to complete his training as asbestos
supervisor. My credentials include:
- 40 hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations
- NYS DOL Asbestos Supervisor License
- Confined Space Entry Training
- First Aid & CPR
- MSHA Training
- Lead Renovator (RRP)
- 10 hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health
Joshua LaPierre - NYS DOL Supervisor
Was formerly a warehouse manager for a major trucking operation in the greater CNY area. Switched careers moving into the asbestos abatement field as a hand on technician. With that experience and background I became a certified NYS DOL Supervisor. I have worked within the ECC organization since early 2010. My credentials are:
- 10 hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health
- 40 hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations
- Confined Space Certified
- First Aid & CPR
- Lead Renovator
- MSHA Training
- NYS DOL Asbestos Supervisor
